At Optimal Feeling, we aim to process and ship your orders quickly and accurately. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing times, delivery, and related matters.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

  • Orders are shipped via standard carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

  • Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and your location, typically 3–7 business days in the U.S. and 7–14 business days for Canada (excluding possible customs delays).

  • Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Occasionally, promotional free shipping may be offered for U.S. orders.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Temperature-Sensitive Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please notify us so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • Some products (such as supplements and Infoceuticals) may be temperature-sensitive. Optimal Feeling is not responsible for damage due to delays in receipt of packages, exposure to extreme heat or cold, or failure to promptly retrieve deliveries once they arrive. Customers are encouraged to track shipments closely and bring packages indoors as soon as possible.

7. International Shipping (Canada)

  • Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs fees, duties, and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

  • Refunds will not be issued for packages refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges.
