Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 22, 2025

 

At Optimal Feeling, we strive to provide the best possible service and experience for our clients. Because each session requires preparation and reserved time, the following refund policy applies:

1. Services

  • Non-Refundable Services: All services provided (including bioenergetic therapies, vibrational acoustic therapy, halotherapy, ZYTO scans, NES (E4L) scans, coaching, or any other services not listed here) are non-refundable once completed.

  • Prepaid Packages/Sessions: If you purchase a package of sessions and choose not to use the remaining sessions, refunds will not be issued. However, you may transfer unused sessions to another person with prior approval.

2. Products

  • Supplements, Infoceuticals, and Retail Items: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened products.

  • Unopened Products: Refunds may be issued for unopened, unused products returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.

3. Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will also be charged a 50% fee.

4. Classes, Events & Workshops

  • Registration fees for classes, events, or workshops are refundable if canceled at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Once printed materials have been provided (digital or physical), registrations are non-refundable.

  • You may transfer your registration to another person with prior notice if materials have not yet been distributed.

5. Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. Refund requests outside of this policy may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Optimal Feeling.
